Decent overall, but not without issues
I tackled this installation by myself and it took me the entire day. The hardest part by far was mounting it on the wall. This is the second wall-mounted entertainment unit I’ve installed, and I much preferred the other brand because it used a separate bracket system. With this one, you have to mount the whole unit in one go, which is a pain—especially with the hardware provided, which felt pretty cheap.
I also ended up drilling extra holes for cable management since it only has an opening in the middle—nothing on the sides, which limits flexibility. Another heads-up: make sure to measure your equipment carefully. I had to remove the middle door because it’s way too narrow, and once you plug in cables, bulky components just don’t fit.
If I had measured everything beforehand, I might’ve gone in a different direction and saved myself a lot of time and frustration.
I’m giving it 4 stars mainly due to the cheap mounting hardware and the lack of a proper bracket system. That said, if you’re looking for something low-profile and sleek-looking, it’s not a bad choice—just be prepared for some challenges.
