A 55" television measures about 48" across, which makes the 47.2" and 55.1" cabinets the natural pairing in this collection. We generally recommend sizing up to 55.1" when you plan to add a soundbar or a games console: the extra few inches keep the screen visually anchored and give you storage at each end.
