30-Day Return
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. The 30-day period begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be in brand-new condition.
- Uninstalled and/or non-assembled.
- Unused, with no pieces missing.
- All original tags and packaging included.
- Any free gifts or additional accessories must be returned if applicable.
Return Shipping Cost
Floaticasa covers the return shipping cost if your return is due to product damage or production defects.
If the return is not related to a quality issue—for example, a change of mind or slight color variation—you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please note: Minor color differences caused by display settings or lighting are not considered product defects.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact Us
Email us at [email protected] within the 30-day return window to confirm whether your item is eligible for return.
2. Provide Details
- Include a full-view photo of the outer shipping box, photos of the package label.
- If your item was damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please provide at least one clear photo or a short video as visual evidence. This is required for processing your request.
3. Await Approval & Instructions
- Our team will review your return request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
- Do not return items without prior authorization. Unapproved returns cannot be accepted or processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email within 3-5 business days. After the refund is processed, the amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
- Any transfer charges or bank fees incurred are not included in the refund.
Replacement for Damaged, Defective, or Missing Parts
If your order arrives with damaged, defective, or missing parts, we’re here to help with free replacements.
To request a replacement:

Include at least one clear photo or a short video clearly showing the issue (e.g., damage, defect, or missing components).
3.Specify Quantity
Please clearly state the quantity and part number (if available) of each item that needs replacement.
We’ll assess your request and respond within 2 business days with details on availability and the estimated replacement timeframe.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance items.
- Products marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- Items without their original packaging or severely damaged packaging.
- Assembled or disassembled products.
- Sample orders of materials, swatches, or finish colors.
- All custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
