This custom-made TV cabinet is based on the sample shown on this page as a reference.
The specific customization requirements are as follows. The design drawings have been confirmed with the client.
Custom requirements:
1. The overall length of the console will be approximately 95″X20″X20″. The plywood used to construct the console will be 3/4″.
2. The console will have four doors with each door opening and closing with a push-to-open mechanism.
3. There will be a center partition dividing the two halves of the console.
4. The top of the console will not have any router aperture for wires or any opening of any kind. The back of the cabinet shall have two rectangular cutouts, one for each side of the partitioned cabinet, approximately 4″x1″ horizontally for cable management.
5. Each side of the console will have a shelf that is secured. but can be removed if desired.
6. The console will be covered in a veneer with the color as close as possible as that shown in the picture.
7. The cutouts on the front doors should be no more than 0.75″ wide on each door, a total of 1.5″ for each pair of doors, unless you need a larger size for applying the veneer.
8. The console will have three rectangular feet, 3″-4″ in height.
9. The veneer should cover the outside and inside of the doors, cabinet and shelves.
10. Fully assembled shipment, the base bracket needs to be installed by yourself.
